Have you ever noticed that there could be several people listening or reading the same Bible verses only to find that each person heard something different that applied in their own personal life? And, if reading that same verse later, God could be telling you something different this time. How awesome! It never ceases to amaze me that God’s Word is alive and continues to assist us if we only listen carefully. I can’t say that I am always a good listener, though! It seems to be easier for me to see how it might apply in someone else’s life! I’ll hear this great sermon and can’t wait to tell my sister or a friend how useful it could be in THEIR lives! Time for me to reassess. What is God trying to tell me? Taking the time to look more closely at His Word can inspire ME!
